Sometimes the dong does not have any base and must have a base added to it. You will need a drill, wire cutters or pliers, and a utility knife. The rubber ring comes with the dildo holder.
Drill two holes at right angles to each other through the base of the dong and rubber ring. If you want a shorter dong, move the rubber ring up the shaft and cut off the excess dong. Insert a stiff wire into the holes and cut it. Bend the ends of the wire into the rubber ring to cover the sharp ends.
