Restocking Fee

Due to the expense of cleaning and repairing a returned machine, we must charge a Restocking Fee.  This fee is non-refundable and applies to all machines.  The restocking fee covers all situations and conditions of the machine when it is returned.  All money paid by the customer less the restocking fee will be refunded.

Luckily very few machines are returned.

The fee is to cover the following:

• New dildo - You get to keep the old one.

• New dildo holder (s).

• New documentation.

• New box.

• New packing material.

• Cleaning supplies.

• Labor.

• Discount given to next customer to buy a used machine.

UPS damages the cover and seats if the packing is not properly installed in the box.

The control box will damage the interior of the machine if it is not properly wrapped in bubble wrap.

• Sometimes replacing seats and foam. 

• Sometimes replacing body cover.

• Additional labor for replacing seats and cover.

We do not make insurance claims with UPS for these damages because it would require revealing your name as the sender and the purpose of the machine.
